Spray-painted finishes to all woodwork, ceilings, and existing joinery for a factory finish onsite.
Externally, we used high gloss paint on the doors and a high-performance breathable elastomeric paint on the masonry for durable, long-lasting protection.
With up to 7 decorators on-site, we ensured all surfaces were carefully protected and delivered a high-end finish within a swift timeline to optimise the property for rental returns.
