Hamiltons Luxury Finishes delivered a full decorating package for two exclusive 12,000 ft² new build houses in Kingswood. Each property spanned four floors and featured elegant spiral staircases and a full spa/swimming pool area. With up to 10 decorators on-site at any given time, we completed the extensive works in an impressive 8 weeks, maintaining the highest standard throughout.

We achieved a pristine spray finish on all woodwork and ceilings, while walls were roller finished to allow for easy touch-ups.

Eggshell paint was sprayed on all doors, architraves, skirtings, and window boards, complemented by a durable flat matte emulsion on walls and ceilings.
Both houses were finished with premium paint products from Finland for long-lasting quality. In the swimming pool areas, we applied an acrylic water-resistant paint for added protection.
